It were two intense and beautiful weeks in Switzerland. First of all we want to thank you all for your gifts, time and just being family and friends. It is for you that we still feel very closely connected to our home country and want to move back sooner or later! Definitely not for the weather... I think this was the worst two weeks since we come home for Christmas. Grey and cold but not cold enough for snow. We are not used to this concept anymore... Back in San Diego we have almost 25°C with beautiful waves. And Selina brought a cold from Europe. We try to cure it with a good nose wash in head high waves. Selina had the ride of her life twice today. She got a late Christmas gift, a thermometer and I can confirm that she has no fever. But back to Switzerland. We enjoyed our favorite food (brought some back to California), good wines and drinks and most of all the good company who told us good stories. It's always nice to hear the latest gossip and warm up stories from the past. We enjoyed Selinas cats, the G-Star outlet in Germany, overpriced Lattes, the sound of our Christmas tree falling over at 7 in the morning, the Swiss flight, Bratwurst on the Marktplatz, live music from the Tequila Boys, non-smoking restaurants and bars (shame on Basel but hopp FCB!), the snow, the rain, trains and buses, the heat inside and so much more.Sunday, 3 January 2010

Happy new year! Sorry we missed the meeting in Basel. Babies tend to screw with schedules and create chaos :) All the Best for 2010! Hope to read many exciting things on your blog this year :)
