Again! Sunday was warm like summer. Short pants and flip flops. Unfortunately, the surf is not that great at the moment so we instead enjoyed breakfast at a small coffee place outside. Sunday is game day. And it was the quarterfinals for the Superbowl, the final of the American Football league (NFL). While the San Diego Chargers showed an impressive performance over the last couple of games they lost today against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Some of you might know the Steelers' quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. He's got Swiss roots and visited the Emmental not so long ago. I can remember seeing him on Swiss TV. Huge guy somewhere in Luzern and no one cared about him. Here in the US he's one of the biggest stars. After the game we enjoyed the moon rise from the roof of the lab. I'll post pictures soon. Too bad for the Chargers but the Giants have been kicked of as well, it was the first year without the Patriots. Anyway my favorite team New Orleans Saints didn't make it to the play-off :o(
