Busy times

Hey gang! Time's flying. There's so much going on at the moment that there's almost no time left to keep you posted. On the other hand many things are not really interesting to a broad audience anyway. Where did I stop? Yes, work was rather on the tough side last week. The good thing was that it got better every day and by the end of the week my mood was stable again. Maybe it was just the fact that we had such a fun time with Steffi. I mean, look at this picture, it tells all!
Saturday we had a very interesting experience. We went out in Hillcrest with Eddie our German postdoc and his boyfriend. Of course we went to Hillcrest, the gay neighborhood of San Diego. After a delicious Thai diner we went to a bar where the gay crowd was line dancing! Wearing cowboy hats and boots they were dancing this very traditional dance. Hilarious! Now Selina wants to go and take classes there with Eddie.
