The sunny days are almost over...

...for my parents. It feels like you are doing the right thing when Swiss guests leave and you are happy that you can stay a little longer. Of course we do miss our friends and some of our favorite places in Switzerland but at the same time we feel at home in San Diego. And everytime someone comes to see us we are happy to share our "new life". When your job can be as frustrating as ours it's more than important to feel at home.

Theres and Nori are enjoying their last day in California. Preparing the bags and filling all the empty spaces with souvenirs. We had a good time and we hope that we will stay long enough to have them here again. Tonight will be the typical American goodbye at "Albie's Beef Inn". Steffi, Dania and Ursina know what I'm talking about.
The weekend will be busy with French parties: First we are gonna celebrate Nico's "Avenir" position in France, then we will have a goodbye party for Caro who is going back to France.
