We have our own apartment in a victorian style house from the 19th century. After three trips to IKEA (exactly the same as in Switzerland (Seeebi, Rusch is even cheaper here!)) we have less money on our new bank account but already feel at home. Still, we have some things to buy... We even have bicycles now and can leave the car at home when moving in our new hometown Pacific Beach.
To relax from the shopping stress we went to the world famous SD zoo (Big thanks to Ralf and Terri for the tickets!). And indeed it deserves to be world famous! So many animal species in a beautiful setting. We were really amazed and became members of the zoo on the spot. Now we can go as often as we want during the next year. After the zoo we went to IKEA...
