After I got news from Switzerland that Novartis is gonna pay me a one year fellowship we went to a Sushi place next door for diner and Sake bombs.
Today was my first day at work. Well, working meant getting things organized in a "tour d' office". The Scripps Research Insitute (TSRI) is huge and I am not the first postdoc from abroad. Hence everything was perfectly organized and prepared. Real work at the bench will only start in some days or weeks leaving enough time to get more familiar with the new field. Let me know in case you are a specialist in B cell signaling!
