After a full recovery the boys headed out for the next adventure: A baseball game of the San Diego Padres at Petco Park, the local stadium. Ok, baseball is rather boring, I agree. BUT, the whole atmosphere was really impressive. There were 33,000 spectators in the stadium (yes, I know the FCB...) and we enjoyed hot dogs and hamburgers without ketchup. Next time we know that they sell them "dry" (like at IKEA ;-). A "Schlumi" in the Gaslamp Quarter and that was it for the day.

I have to place particular emphasis on the fact that baseball is a many-facetted game (thought we agreed in that after one hot dog and one hamburger.
